Dr. Lai took more than enough time to get to know me and my injuries and explained in detail the multiple options for short and long term treatment. I have been 3 Pain Management DR's in the last 2 1/2 years since my injury and this was by far the best experience I had. I left with a better understanding of my situation and an ideal of the treatments that exist beyond the pain medication. He kept me on the meds I have been receiving instead of trying to switch everything up. I think I have found a excellent Dr and recommend anyone who has chronic pain to visit Dr. Lai.

They take way too long to call you in, then they lie about not having any available appointments when they only wish their schedule was that booked. Wouldn't recommend this doctor or anyone affiliated with this practice to anyone.
