Very friendly doctor and staff. I arrived 15 mins early and only waited about 5 minutes before the nurse took me back. Dr. Poronsky was very friendly and understanding. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was able to get all my shots and testing lined up while I was there. Ultimately, I was in and out of the office within 45 mins.

The office was clean, the wait was short, the administrative load was minimal, and the nursing staff helping in the office were all great. Dr. Poronsky himself was very professional but also quite friendly. All of my questions were addressed . Overall a great experience.

My visit went well. I've been a patient of Dr Poronsky's for many years. I always feel he listens attentively and addresses any issues/symptoms i have. If he suspects something he can not handle himself he refers me to a specialist. He has an excelent bedside manner.

Doctor Poronski is the best, he will find out your medical issues and do whatever it takes to get you well again. The only problem I have is not with the doctor, is with obtaining your lab results from the Loyola website. Be nice if I could talk to a live person about this instead of a computer bot.

My visit was a little longer than normal as the group had just moved into the new location. Dr. Poronsky has been my family doctor for a long time. Would highly recommend this group.
