The first appointment I made the office closed for the week and did not notify me. I made the appointment almost three weeks in advance. Then, after the appointment, the Doctor never submitted the covered visit to my insurance, just billed me. I tried to get the situation fixed, but instead he sent the bill to collections. I went to Dr. R for years since I moved here, and had no problems. I enjoyed going to see him. But after that, never again.

Unfriendly. Yelled at me for having health issues beyond my control. I would never go back to him. Ever. The office seemed to function more as a warehouse for paperwork that was just strewn about. He barely spoke English and was very discouraging.

Intelligent and thorough...so much so the consultation turned into Dr. Rodriguez being my primary doctor. His staff is also attentive and caring!
