Dr. Fernandez is excellent. He took his time to listen to my concerns and he did a complete examination. Right from the beginning you can see that he cares about the person and puts you at ease. He takes his time with each patient and He is very knowledgeable. I left the office feeling very optimistic and much more calm. I would definitely recommend him. He is amazing!

A native of Miami, Fl., Dr. Fernandez began his medical education at the University of Miami in 1988 , where he obtained a Bachelor Degree in Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude. After obtaining his BS, he went on to receive his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Fernandez continued at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX where he completed a two year internship in General Surgery and a four year residency in Otolaryngology.

The doctor himself was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough however the amount of time I waited to see the doctor was absurd. I even called to let the office know I was running 10 minutes late due to traffic. The receptionist was polite but I would not have bothered calling to let them know of my tardiness had I known I would be waiting an hour and half to even go into the exam room. Overall, great doctor but too long of a wait.
