Dr. Turner is a Board Certified Family Physician who was raised in Arizona. She grew up in Fountain Hills and attended Fountain Hills High School. Dr. Turner then received a Bachelors of Science in Physiology and earned minors in Chemistry and Journalism at the University of Arizona. There she also became a Certified Student Leader and graduated Cum Laude.
Dr. Turner obtained her medical degree from Touro University in California, where she also achieved Dean’s List honors. Subsequently, she returned to Arizona and completed 3 years of Family Medicine training at Scottsdale Healthcare. During residency, Dr. Turner received the Outstanding Resident Award twice, and served as Chief Resident in her final year.
Dr. Turner is committed to providing her patients with a wide-spectrum of quality care, and developing long-lasting relationships with them. Additionally, she has specific interests in dermatology, adolescent medicine and women’s health. Dr. Turner also has an enthusiasm for medical journalism and worked at ABC News in New York City during residency.
Dr. Turner is married and enjoys travel, music, dance, and design. Outside of work, she is happiest spending time with her family and friends.
