It was first visit to this doctor and I was impressed by attention, professionalism and thoughtfulness of Dr. Natanzon. He was attentive to every detail of my medical history and proposed the most reliable route for the validation of the diagnosis.
Unfortunately the good impression was darkened by the service of the receptionists who not only messed up with my appointment time which lead to waiting for more than 1.5 hours but were not attentive to my requests and at some point even not polite.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Natanzon to anyone who needs professional cardiological support but would also like to stress the fact than the service in the reception area has to be dramatically improved. I understand that this service is shared among several doctors and they have to make every attempt to bring it to a higher level. It's very disappointing that such an outstanding level of medical treatment is undermined by disorganization of the support staff.
