I was throughly pleased with my visit. Dr.Mauskop really took his time to explain his findings. I like the fact that he immediately changed my bp medications based on my levels that day and me sharing with him that it's elevated very often (inspite of me taking it as scheduled). The change has certainly made a difference. I feel lucky to have found him. He is attentive.

Dr. Alexander Mauskop joined our practice in July 2013 after earning a reputation as an outstanding cardiovascular fellow at the New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center. He is a graduate of the combined BA/MD program at CUNY Brooklyn College where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He then earned Alpha Omega Alpha Honors upon getting his MD degree at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine.
He trained in Internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center where he earned the Libby Award for the most outstanding medical resident. He then completed his cardiovascular fellowship training at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center. In addition to being an extremely compassionate and skilled physician, he is board certified in cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.

Dr. Mauskop was extremely thorough, and explained everything to me clearly. All nurses and office staff were helpful and nice. They were able to fit me in to do an echocardiogram during my appointment, which was great since I'd come from Brooklyn into the office.

Dr Mauskop, is wonderful. I very much appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness and kindness. He carefully reviewed my test with me in a respectful adult manner. The practice was immaculately clean and used modern machine technology. His efficient staff were also very friendly and kind.

I went in for a general check up and a reaffirmation that my hearts doing fine, now that I’m approaching 30. Dr. Mauskop was extremely understanding, answered all my questions and ran a few tests to assure me that my heart was doing fine. He gave me very valuable advice to follow for continued heart health! Had the best experience with Dr. Mauskop. He listened and was very attentive about everything I said. He stood in the room while I got my echocardiogram and observed the whole procedure, which might be standard, but it was reassuring that he felt so committed to my well-being.

As for the doctor he was really easy to talk too.
