Would stood out was how fast pace it was and the doctors were very understandble and situational awareness of what a patient needs and my Medicaid insurance was accepted and went smoothly without any interruptions or mistakes.

I had an urgent need and the doctor nor doctor contacted me after I filled out countless forms to then get an email asking me to review an appointment that never happened. The doctors office didn’t pick up either. Not mad at doctor but communication could have been better.

Horrible experience with this doctors office. Completely unprofessional place. I made an appointment with Dr. Pennise early in the day for 7 pm and specified exactly what I needed done at my appointment. The application allowed me to book my appointment with him. At 7 pm when I was blocks away from the office, the rude front desk woman called me to inform me Dr. Pennise is not qualified to perform Pap smears and the doctor that performs them already went home for the day. They had all day to call me and correct this but waited to inform me of this when I was blocks away from the office at the time of my appointment. He is not qualified to perform Pap smears yet they allow people to book Pap smear appointments with him through this application. Unprofessional and a complete disrespect of my time. BE AWARE LADIES HE DOES NOT PERFORM PAP SMEARS DO NOT BOOK PAP SMEARS WITH DR. PENNISE

Everyone at the Urgent care was very nice and check in was smooth and easy with Zocdoc. I filled out all my information beforehand and didn’t have to do any paper work in the office. Was able to schedule a follow the next week. I would recommend the PA, Alexander, and the nurse who assisted.

Worst experience. After a one hour wait, I was welcomed by an unbothered and unprofessional woman for some basic annual exam tests that she did a terrible job at - All she had to do was get a blood sample but she could barely even manage that. Her nails were at least 3-inches long, making her completely sloppy with the needle, not to mention unsanitary - The needle left me with a big bruise and more than normal bleeding afterwards. I couldn't get away fast enough.

The doctor let the nurse do everything. He just came in to put stethoscope on my back and chest. I told them my throat inflamed badly. He didn’t even look into my throat for the inflammation and didn’t prescribe antibiotics. Did a few tests on me and asked me to download their app to receive my lab report, and it is my responsibility to read my report and call in for follow up and prescription if something was found.
The app isn’t working, my name and dob has no match, and my visit wasn’t populated. The clinic never picks up calls, I emailed them (and asked the doctor not on profile), they kept telling me, “you will get notification when the result is finalized”. They disregarded my question of whether the clinic would also receive my report and then contact me.
I am coughing on a badly inflamed throat, extremely painful. I’m looking for new PCP, but the first time experience in their “urgent care” says it all- When the clinic is empty and the doctor does absolutely nothing.
