I’ve been coming here for about 3 and half years for a couple different reasons, but today was due to an enormous amount of stress and anxiety from work (I work in the medical field). He sincerely cares and made sure I was ok, you can feel his empathy. Highly recommend this doctor and his extremely friendly staff. Wait time also is never a crazy amount of time like you would get at a medical group. Always a great experience!

Dr. Prattes was very thorough and spent time with me not making me feel like he was in a rush to another patients needs. He addressed everything with me. Blood work is done in office which makes it so much more convenient. His office staff were very nice and personable. There wasn’t a wait to get back to a room and only a few minutes there before I saw him. I feel like I can trust them to get the care I need when I need it. Five stars all the way across!

Dr. Prattes was very friendly and down to earth as was his staff. His office has a nice small town vibe to it...not stuffy or clinical. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Another bonus is that they draw your blood there at the office for lab test instead of having to go to a separate lab. I would highly recommend!!

I am a new patient and booked my appointment through Zocdoc. When I arrived I was promptly greeted, asked to fill out some info and then immediately taken back to a room. The assistant took my blood pressure and asked if I had sinus issues as I was sniffing a lot due to seasonal allergies. Within 5 minutes Dr. Prattes came into the room, asked me some questions and wrote my prescriptions. He was very pleasant and listened to what I said and took notes in my file. He suggested a different prescription than the one I previously had and fully explained why. The whole appointment took less than a half an hour. I am very pleased with my choice to see Dr. Prattes!

A difficult part of finding a doctor is to find someone that you have a good rapport. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Prattes. He listened to my concerns and gave me good recommendations on both preventive measures (necessary shots) and issues that I have been having.

Excellent doctor. He is thorough and goes over all needed tests. It is evident he cares about his patients. He is a good listener. He spends time in deciding upon a diagnosis. If your condition is not one that he is able to treat he will refer you to a specialist.
I have gone to Dr. Prattes for many years. He is a doctor whom I trust. He has a caring, helpful staff. I have always been able to book a same-day appointment when my health issue is urgent.

Healthcare is already expensive and hard on most of us without these "doctors" that try to circumvent clearly stated copay rules. I will follow up with my insurance to make sure this "doctor" won't be leeching me dry. Most of the "positive" reviews are copy pasted else where from other sites into this site to balloon up his ratings. He's terrible. Overcharges without any reason nor valid receipt. And spending 2 minutes with your patient barely listening to them is not an office visit. I've taken it up myself to write a real review of this guy and his "wonderful" staff on every doc review site. If this helps even one poor patient in to go to a real doctor instead than I'll be happy. And yes i will copy paste this in every doc review site on this guy. I'm sure there will be new "positive" ones to counter effect this but at least the next patient that reads most of the reviews will figure out the truth.

Doctor was very thorough. Took time to discuss issues. Seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Office staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Did not have to wait long at all and even though the wait was fairly short, I was asked if I needed anything and was kept informed about how soon I would see the doctor. Even got a visit and update after I was in the examination room just before the doctor came in. They really took care of me.
