Dr Schira is my ongoing therapist. It is extremely rare to encounter a therapist that fits right away, and that is what I experienced the moment I met her. She is attentive and compassionate, she is challenging and gentle, and she is a safe ally to know that you’ll be seeing and sharing vulnerabilities with every week. I have been in therapy for nearly my whole life, and not only was she a perfect fit, but she was also able to give me a diagnosis explaining the issues I’ve always struggled with, which no other therapist had presented previously or with such gentle clarity. She is nonjudgmental, she normalizes the need to be in treatment, she is warm and the kind of therapist you will look forward to seeing. She is more than well worth the investment, and the tools she has given me have had a massive impact on my life. Most significantly, her approach to therapy and treatment with her patients has inspired me to pursue a career in the mental health field. If you need someone to talk to, don’t hesitate to book with Dr. Schira.
