I was impressed by the way she listened attentively, and was very friendly. I promised myself never to go to this facility which was under a previous name. I was very surprised by the positive change in the staff behaviors. I cannot say anything negative about any staff member. My only concern is house keeping. The floor next to the examination table had noticeable blood on the floor. Overall it was a good experience. I was late for my appointment. They still made time to see me. I will be going there from now on. They were more concerned about me, and my health than money. I am in the healthcare area, and is very particular about my doctors. I can tell a good one from a mile away. I do pay attention to every little detail. Everyone is very friendly. Friendly staff makes patients feel at ease. I enjoyed my time there. (PS: I do not like doctors (their profession that is)), but trust me, you will like them. They are also knowledgeable, gentle and respectful. Fergie

I had a wonderful experience, even though I booked for an ENT Consultation and they do not provide those. This team tried all that they could to help with my Earache and I’m already feeling much better. The team was amazing and very personable. I especially appreciated that most of the staff I saw was Black or POC! That is something I try my hardest to prioritize when finding any doctor. She will definitely from now on be my main physician!!!
