Was not a fan of her. She was very rude when it came to my complaints about how I was feeling. Told me it was all in my mind and gave me no solutions. Didn’t suggest I do anything in particular and just sent me on my way. Even began talking over me and getting visibly upset when I respectfully asked her to review my blood work. Would never refer her to anyone ever.

Dr. Jacobs is very attentive and answers all your questions, she takes her time with you. However, the waiting time is too long waited over an hour to see the doctor.

Dr. Jacob was AMAZING! I was a little anxious with having a new doctor as my previous doctor was out of network. It was a great experience. Dr. Jacob took her time and explained everything to me and answered all questions. The staff person that was there, was great too. Polite and her customer service was great as well. Dr. Jacob exceeded my expectations.
