The office staff were not professional.
Waiting time was long, and the physician assistant did most of the work.
When the doctor finally arrived to see me, he took less than 5 minutes and left the room.

I'm not happy with my visit. They kept me waiting for two hours past my appointment. Instead of apologizing the secretaries kept telling me to sit down. When I finally had my turn the doctor didn't even check my thyroid like most endocrinologists do with their hands. He was nice but very unprofessional. Unfortunately I will have to seek out a different doctor. Also the facility is in bad aspect. It's messy and it doesn't look proper in my view.

Waited 30min. Had to ask for paperwork. Was given a waiver to sign saying I read the privacy practices then had to ask to see the privacy practices. Took her 10minutes to find it. I was then told there were two patients in front of me when I had a 1pm appt and it was already 130?!? Ridiculously dirty lobby waiting area. Staff was incompetent. Never go to this office.

Wait time was short, staff is professional and they allowed me to see the doctor without a referral from a primary physician which is protocol to see a specialist. Going back for testing in the morning.

The nursing staff is quite nice at this office. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with Dr. Ortiz. He is extremely dismissive, not at all concerned with his patients, and definitely not concerned with the amount of time patients wait for him.

I like the promptness of the service and the good Dr. is very attentive to my wants and needs.Staff is very nice too. The offices are kind of tight and small if you're on a wheelchair like I am,otherwise, they are fine.

This office has an unprofessional staff.
I am unsatisfied with the treatment of the staff in this office. The office staff sent lab work stating that I am a female, therefore I got the wrong results. When I asked for their assistance, they told me to call the lab myself and to arrange for them to fix the problem. They refused to allow me to speak with the doctor and put me on hold until the office closed. They never came back to the phone, nor helped me with my problem.

I thought the doctor was nice but staff was unprofessional at times. When calling to tell them I was running late, I was then informed that the doctor had left already. They never gave me a call to confirm appointments or to follow up afterwards. They can do better.

I went to see Dr Ortiz he is a Endocrinologist but unfortunately he doesn't see Transsexual or Transgender Patients he told me that he don't have any experience so i leave so now i need to find someone who has experience to check my hormones level and fallow up with my hormones treatment....
