it was a pleasure to meet with alfred wu, np. he was extremely helpful and understood the situation i am in. even though he wasn?t able to take me as a patient at this time, he still is someone when i need medication changes i would go to.

getting medical records is extremely difficult.

i am extremely disappointed with the medical records office i have requested my medical records multiple times and have not received them nor have received and update from anyone. why am i being denied my own medical records

i had trouble finding the link for my appointment the last couple times because you only get texted the link once when you start seeing your dr so the more time goes by the more text messages i have to search through to try to find that original text

my medication had been refilled by a doctor at mindpath health for 2 years with only 1 follow up appointment. all of a sudden this doctor was not willing to refill and getting my medication became a nightmare. i nearly ran out of medication.
