Dr. Deyhim is a Podiatric Foot & Ankle Specialist that is board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons (ABPS) and is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). Dr. Deyhim attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) receiving a degree in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology. Following his undergraduate studies he obtained his medical degree at Temple University, School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Serving as chief resident, Dr. Deyhim completed residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI. Training focused on Podiatric Surgery with emphasis in reconstruction, trauma and limb salvage. During residency he took a keen interest in research and helped coauthor an award-winning study introducing a novel technique in ankle fracture fixation. Dr. Deyhim continued pursuing his academic goals serving as a residency training instructor at INOVA Fairfax hospital. He also worked at INOVA’s Wound Healing Center with multidisciplinary team treating complex lower extremity wounds. Dr. Deyhim is excited to have recently joined Elite Orthopaedic & Musculoskeletal Center where he heads the podiatric section. He is an active staff member at Baltimore Washington Hospital Center (BWMC) and is committed to serving this community as a dedicated, competent, and caring physician.
