Are you feeling sad, anxious, misunderstood, and/or alone? Do you want to smile more and feel better about yourself and your relationships? I am here to help! I worked in various treatment settings with individuals suffering from numerous symptoms of mental illness. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy with adolescents and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and correctional settings. Some of my past clients suffered from depression, anxiety, phase of life changes, relationship problems, substance abuse issues, and problems with the law. Additionally, I have significant interest in and experience administering psychological and psycholegal assessments.
Through the creation of Lighthouse Health Group, LLC with my esteemed colleague, Edward Zawadzki, D.O., I will use my relational psychodynamic training to help individuals afflicted with a variety of psychological symptoms. With my training in forensic psychology, I will also complete evaluations geared towards answering numerous forensic questions.
At Lighthouse Health Group, LLC, you will find we are caring, empathic, and want to help you during times of turmoil. We will be your guiding light through the storm. Evening appointments are available.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. M and her colleagues. She has given my son and I, a very safe and helpful environment. Each visit we are able to learn new ways to express our thoughts and feelings without judgement. I highly recommend her as a very caring, intelligent and professional mental healthcare provider.
