Alice Lee, MD is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist at MidAtlantic OBGYN in Centreville, Virginia. Native to Virginia. Dr. Lee looks forward to serving our patients in the Northern Virginia and greater Washington metropolitan area!
Dr. Lee graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine in 2016. She then completed her OBGYN internship and residency at University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas, NV.
Dr. Lee provides a full suite of services and treats patients with endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, infertility, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, abnormal bleeding, and incontinence along with well woman exams, PAP smear, and orders any lab work or ultrasounds, which can be performed onsite. She works closely alongside Dr. Montilla and Dr. Thiara who perform minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
When she isn’t busy caring for her patients at MidAtlantic OBGYN, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and, checking out all the best restaurants in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. Dr. Lee is fluent in English, Korean, and medical Spanish.

I went to confirm my pregnancy. This was done but none of my questions were answered and I found the staff to be dismissive. I clearly was experiencing anxiety about it all and none of it was addressed nor was I given resources to help manage my anxiety.

The doctor is really nice but the billing girl is reall incompetent. They kept wanting to charge me for the full amount per visit while my insurance clearly stated that it’s covered by my insurance for any annual checkup, Pap smear, ultrasound, mammogram etc. She refused to call the insurance to confirm so I have to do that myself and then connect her. The insurance explained to her that it’s covered.
Then they called me to come back again since my last pap smear was damaged and I have to redo the test. And again, I’m being told to pay full amount for both of the visits including the last visit and for today visit after spending 1 hour the last time going through the billing.
Don’t come here unless you want to be overcharged or wasting your time with incompetent staff.
Hope they replace the billing person since the doctor is actually really nice.

Dr. Lee is the most amazing doctor I’ve seen ever!! She’s so kind and managed to deal with my anxiousness. She communicates well and describes/explains what she is doing during every step. Dr. Lee also addressed my concerns and was thorough to ensure all questions were answered. I know she read my chart because of the details she reiterated back to me. She even offered suggestions regarding genetic testing to help me plan for the future. I wish Dr. Lee could be my doctor for everything! 20/10 recommend.

Amazing staff, from the front dest to the doctor! I would highly recommend Dr. Lee she made me feel comfortable during my visit and was a clear communicator. Honestly, probably one of the nicest most welcoming doctors I've had. I will look forward to my next appointment with her.

The office and rest of the building was beautiful and great overall. I did have to wait 45+ minutes to be called back even with another family arriving after me and getting seen first. Once I was brought back, the fire alarm went off which is no one’s fault there. It was just frustrating in general. I also was kind of upset I still had a copay just for the doctor to give me simple advice on birth control
