Really great first-time patient experience. Office was clean and quiet (afternoon appointment + I was the only one there waiting!), but with fun music playing. Dr. Alice was really receptive, non-judgemental, kind, and helpful. Seemed to be an all-woman staff too which I loved. It was easy to schedule a follow-up as well as lab appointments, and I was even referred to/introduced to a derm who was at the office that day.

I booked an appointment to have a wart seen to and hoping to get it removed. Zocdoc said this doctor treated warts. She in fact did not and had to schedule me with a different office that did. Not sure why ZocDoc said she treated warts but it was a waste of my time, so now I have to go take more time off work to see a dermatologist.
