Dr Wuu met us with a warm, caring smile. After the examination, she was able to quickly diagnose the problem, offered several treatment options and provided samples rather than a prescription. Very easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable.

Words can now describe how delightfully surprised I was with my visit. The staff was very pleasant along with Dr Wuu herself. I felt very at ease. Not only was the office welcoming, I was thrilled with the patient rooms! They were twice the size of any room I've ever visited. For me that's awesome seeing as I can get very anxious in small spaces. My visit was very quick and Dr Wuu had great bedside manner. She listened to what I had to say and I didn't feel like she was rushing me along. I have nothing but awesome things to say about her and her practice! I look forward to my follow up!

As a new patient, I was very underwhelmed by the staff and Dr. Wuu. When I first arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, no one was at either desk to greet me. I could hear lots of chatting from the back. I assume everyone was gathering back from lunch since my appointment was at 1:00pm. Regardless, if a patient has an appointment right after lunch, I expect office staff to be ready for patient intake 15 minutes prior. I wasn't spoken to until 1:10pm. Once back in the room, when the doctor came in, she seemed very rushed and had little concern neither for what I had to say nor about what I had tried in the past for my skin issues. She actually seemed annoyed by my questions or comments. Even cutting me off at one point saying, "What I am saying that you aren't listening to is, you need to use some sort of acidic lotion, and you are telling me you have tried and your skin is too sensitive. As a doctor, I recommend “this product” for your condition, but you say your skin can't handle it, so I guess you are just going to have to deal with it." This comment made me feel as if she was asserting herself as a doctor and wouldn't explore any other options with me. I sat there, quiet now, not wanting to ask any other questions for fear of feeling even smaller. From that point, she did a full body skin check, in which she took 3 seconds to look over my whole body and I was on my way out the door. The last stop was to the checkout desk which also sells the product the doctor recommended. I asked several questions to the checkout employee about the product and was told to read the back of the label. This employee was actually even more disinterested than the doctor. In fact, she was texting most of the conversation and rarely made eye contact. All in all, I saw the doctor for a total of 6 minutes and was rushed out. I left feeling like I had just ran through a conveyor belt, confused, and had A LOT less money in my pocket. I paid for that? On a brighter note, I hear from my colleagues that Dr. Rajan is phenomenal. If I would have known, I would have waited until Dr. Rajan had an opening to be seen. Granted she may tell me the same things Dr. Wuu did, but I have a feeling her bedside manner would be much better and I would have left satisfied.

I am reluctant to give her a good review because I don't want her to become so popular that it is hard to get in to see her because she is excellent at what she does! Very efficient operation, very good at her job and friendly on top of it all.
She's top notch - very personable - give great explanations. This is the 2nd time I've been to her and I'm very pleased and am glad to be a patient of hers
