I found this doctor very rude and I have never said that about a doctor before. She fat shamed me right away even though I was there for birth xontrol and am not particularly overweight. It was ridiculous.

the wait time is always very long, and the doctor doesn't seem to have patient to listen to the details....she asked me to get extra ultra sound without even follow up on the result or show me any summary report (yet the bill came very fast and expansive, don't get ultra sound in her office!) I wish I had seen other doctors.....

She called me morbidly obese and reprimanded me for not having all my medical records with me. It's already scary enough going to a new doctor. She wasn't very nice. I don't think I'll go back.

My first few appointments over the years with Dr. Yung were fine, but the last time I was in for an appointment her beside manner had considerably changed. Could it have been a bad day? Maybe, but it was off putting to say the least. Also, I understand offices are busy but they have a standard policy of asking you to call them for test results and renewing standard prescriptions is a production. Hoping that the past few times I've interacted with this office that it was just an off day and that they aren't normally as difficult or off putting.

I liked the office and staff very much, everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Doctor Yung answered all my questions, was very thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. I will defiantly return and would recommend her to a friend!

I really liked Dr. Yung. It wa the front desk staff that I felt was unprofessional. They told me they didn't have an email, they kept checking in the wrong person, and they were having unprofessional conversations while there were customers in the waiting room. But once I was with Dr. Yung everything went smoothly. I will continue to trust her with my help.

Dr. Yung is an excellent and thorough doctor. She will be my regular gynecologist from now on. So glad I found her and she is under my insurance plan.
