I think because I booked through Zocdoc that I didn't make it on the schedule correctly and it took over 40 mins to be seen. Dr. Jones, however, was great once I got back to the office to see her.

My only "complaint" was that while I was waiting in the room between being seen by the medical assistant and by the doctor, there were two staff members having a very loud conversation in the next room about some office procedures and some criticism of one individual's office operations. It was very off putting and did not put me at ease.
