The facilities were new, clean and modern. The staff was extremely kind and polite. You could tell they were a good team by the way they interacted with each other. I've been going from doctor to doctor trying to find the right team that cares and I think I may have found it! Dr. Rivera was very thorough with her questions and it did not feel like she was rushing me at all. She was kind, patient, polite and suggested tests to help figure out what was going on with me. I look forward to my next appointment with her. I felt very grateful and happy after my visit, so hopefully that speaks for itself.

Don't bother to fill out the Check-In form online. Elite Health does not accept ZocDoc forms and makes you fill out the exact same form again when you get there. Instead of a time saver, it becomes a time sink. They need to streamline this process.

They have a brand new office, really nice located, super clean, they treat you like family, super friendly employees and about Dr Rivera she is wonderful, take her time with the patient, don't rush you, really get to know you and help you out with your needs, highly recommended!!!

Dr. Rivera is with Elite Health, which is a Wellness Center (which I did not know at the time I scheduled my new patient appointment). New to the area, and while I did like Dr. Rivera, I did not like her push of a multitude of tests. I can only imagine how high my co-pay would be for all these tests. Dr. Rivera stated that there is a Cardiologist on site, and of course, I was scheduled for many heart tests. I am on 2 meds., with a couple additional meds. as needed, and consider myself to be pretty healthy. This is not your typical Doctor's office in any sense, the front desk area is more of a business office atmosphere. The assistant who took me back, along with 2 other patients at the same time, then proceeded to weigh each of us in front of each other, and read our weights out loud, even though there was a digital read out. Where's the HIPPA Privacy with this? After my appt., with Dr. Rivera, I was then taken to a waiting area, to wait for the next available scheduler. While I did schedule all of the tests, the whole time, my gut was telling me to "run, and don't come back". (I later cancelled all of the tests, and did not return for the follow-up appt.). While a "Wellness Center" may be what you are looking for, this office was not for me. My impression of this office is that of a chaotic mini hospital, and not that of my previous Doctor's office of 16 years in Virginia. I will be looking elsewhere for another Doctor.
