Dr. Kaye is always on time. She takes time with every patient and makes sure everything is right. She listens, answers questions and calls me to check up every once in a while. Never felt so at ease as with her.

Dr. Kaye has been a practicing Audiologist since 1994. Her experience includes work in private practice as well as with major hospitals, including Illinois Masonic Medical Center and Northshore University Health System; and as an associate professor with Nova Southeastern University. She also directed clinical research trials for GN Resound, one of the world’s largest hearing aid technology companies. In that role, Dr. Kaye helped develop and test many of the most sophisticated hearing devices currently being marketed. In particular, Dr. Kaye was instrumental in the testing of wireless communication within hearing aids, allowing hearing aids to sync with televisions, external microphones, and cell phones. Dr. Kaye was also an integral member of the fitting software development team where the newest technology was developed, tested and brought to market.
While Dr. Kaye has wide-ranging experience in the diagnosis and intervention of hearing loss in adults, she has developed an expertise in childhood auditory disorders and intervention methodologies. She has also been a leader in advancing the state of auditory processing disorder testing and the diagnosis of vestibular (balance) disorders. Dr. Kaye is one of only few audiologists in the Chicago area who can test and interpret results for childhood auditory processing disorders.
