About Allison Kim
Allison Kim is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Duke University School of Medicine, where she graduated with honors. During her clinical year, she received training in medical and cosmetic dermatology at Duke University Hospital and additional aesthetics training at a private practice in Chapel Hill, NC. After graduating, she trained under a board certified dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon in San Francisco, CA. Prior to Duke, Allison was raised in the Bay Area and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley.
Having personally experienced the impact of eczema, Allison has had an interest in dermatology from a young age. Professionally, her clinical interests include cosmetic dermatology, acne, pediatric dermatology, and eczematous diseases. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond her academic achievements to a genuine dedication to patient care.
Allison is committed to continued education and is a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology PAs and an active member of the California Dermatology PA Society, Pi Alpha PA Honor Society, and the American Academy of PAs.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world, trying new sushi restaurants, cooking, and watching movies.

I had a wonderful experience with the provider. She was very kind and attentive throughout my visit. She clearly explained my condition, patiently listened to my concerns, and provided the treatment I needed right away. I really appreciated how she made sure I understood each step. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and confident in her expertise.
