I am a board-certified physician who completed medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2008, specializing in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. Since completing advanced medical training, I have been working at the VA Hospital where I help veterans with lung disease.
In my free time, I love to work out (I am CrossFit Level 1 Trainer) and hang out with my 11-year-old son. I’m especially interested in how nutrition and fitness can complement traditional medicine to help patients reverse chronic medical disease and improve quality of life. I personally have completed a Whole30 and mainly focus on eating real, whole foods.
I am very excited to be a part of the SteadyMD team, because it allows me to spend more time with my patients and focus on the WHY behind illness and make a long-term impact on my patients’ lives.
