Allyson has been so helpful in my journey to reworking my relationship with food. I never thought I’d be able to live a life where I wasn’t constantly thinking about food, but here we are! Eating has become a joyful, yet not overwhelming experience.
Allyson cultivates a welcoming space free of judgment and guided by science and modern medicine. She allows you to take your journey at your own space while guiding you along the right path for your own body and lifestyle. There are no “diets” here—she brainstorms food and activity ideas WITH you to determine what sounds good and will work for you day-to-day. Allyson helped me to reject diet culture completely, which may be the biggest change yet; I know that no matter what, I won’t go back to that way of thinking or fall for “fad” diets again. I highly recommend Allyson!

Allyson has been very patient with me. I’m learning to stop eating when satisfied. No foods are “bad” or “good”. Listen to my body. If the food bothers me than try to avoid. I learned through discussion that I like a workout buddy. Discussed ways to make that happen. When I’m down on myself, Allyson always finds the positive. I would highly recommend her
