I am new to Richmond and needed to get my annual checkup for my insurance. I chose Alysha based on previous reviews and I occur that she and her staff are all great. I happened to come on a day when their network was down. So I was seen 10mins after my scheduled appointment. I checked "right away" because if they can keep within 10mins of schedule having to switch to paper documentation on the fly, that tells you how stellar they are.
I appreciated little things like they let you know when they are going to be called.
I generally prefer to have an NP as in my experience they are more attentive and informed that doctors. Alysha was. She spent the time and inquiring about issues. She does brush-off concerns. I am so happy I chose her and this will definitely be my primary care. I also like that their offices are adjacent to the community hospital so any specialist are all in one place.
