Amanda is a board certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner. She is also a proud United States Army Veteran who served her country for almost five years as a medic.
After her honorable discharge from the military, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from the University of South Florida. She earned her dual Nurse Midwifery and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner master’s degree in science of nursing from Georgetown University.
Amanda found her passion for midwifery while she was pregnant and under the care of midwives. The experience not only shaped her future, but gave her the blessing of motherhood. She has a little boy who is her world. In her spare time she enjoys reading and taking her son on new adventures.
