My first appointment was ruined by ZocDoc who sent me a message today saying she was located at Illinois Street. I arrive 30 minutes early in case I needed to fill out papers and was told she didn't work there. Then that she had moved. We had to ask for an address, call and explain our situation only to be told "Its ok we have a 15 minute grace period. You can imagine my reaction to that. However Dr. Patch was very personable, bright, and had read my records before I arrived. Would certainly recommend her..

Dr. Patch was very thorough in reviewing my medical history and discussed various treatment options for me to consider. She was also very knowledgable, warm, and very easy to talk to. The entire office staff and nurse were also very friendly.

I was a new patient and I was extremely pleased with Dr. Patch and the entire office. It was the first time in several years, that I felt truly cared for by a medical team. Everyone was pleasant and took their time, especially Dr. Patch. She looked at me when we talked and really listened to my answers. I am thrilled with this change I made. I recommend her highly.

The only problem...the 'sticks' for the blood draw were dull. Three attempts to draw a modest amount of blood to fill the thin vial. Technician very apologetic...others had similar problems, too.
