I was a time patient and I was very impressed with the service that was provided to me. Everyone was friendly, and I was in and out with no delays. Therefore, I will come back again.

I feel like my appointment was very rushed. I loved the front office staff as well as the medical assistants, however my experience with my physician was super quick and I left with unanswered questions. I have another appointment scheduled to have some additional tests done so I am hoping to address them with her then. Hopefully it will be better because right now I am feeling like a quick way to get profit without being actually supported.

Amanda Ramsey herself was very pleasant effective and heard exactly what I needed and also helped me to resolve the issue that I came for.
Although I don’t know where the line of control lies between the office and the staff and her own timeliness, I waited an extensive amount of time, more than an hour before seeing her
At certain points other patients waiting asked The front staff about their delay and were given a fairly stock statement that they were understaffed for some reason, but both their mannerisms and the assistant who helped bring me to the back and take blood pressure etc. sounded like they often had this issue
As with most doctors offices or other large patient environments, early morning appointments would be much more on time and preferred, and would likely not have this issue. So, I would advise anyone trying this establishment to prioritize early morning appointments so as not to risk a repeat of my experience

Office staff was rude and unprofessional. I couldn't even understand the aide taking my blood pressure due to the cracking gum in her mouth. I haven't had a family doctor in a long time, so I brought my list of health concerns. Amanda Ramsey asked me if "Are you expecting me to fix your entire life?". Never again.
