As a therapist, my hope is to be a reliable presence and support system for my clients, helping them address the barriers that may stand in the way of living the lives they truly desire. I believe that understanding and embracing one's authentic self is crucial for personal growth and healthy relationships. My goal is to assist you in finding freedom and gaining a deeper understanding of how your true self influences your interactions and connections with others.
?I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to empower themselves and strengthen their relationships through a deep exploration of their inner selves and the contexts in which they exist. I have a particular passion for working with clients ages 14 and older and hold a special interest in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is inclusive and affirming, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths that come with diverse identities and experiences.
