Well first of all it would of been nice of zocdoc was even affiliated with this Drs office..... It is not !!! I had a appt but not in the Drs office books! Only zocdoc, the Dr office has asked this website to connect them or take them off there list cause it DOES NOT SCHEDULE YOU WITH THE DRS OFFICE

While most of the office staff was friendly, they seemed very unorganized. They exam room seemed a bit dingy, not sure if it just needs an update but everything just seemed gray/dingy.

I went in for a second opinion on having a hysterectomy. The office staff was not friendly or professional; in my opinion they were more concerned with their cell phones than work. I filled out my paperwork on this site but had to do it again because they "couldn't pull it up". They double booked myself and another new patient at the same time and somehow my wait was not very long despite her going before me. Dr. Yancy is friendly but not as professional as I would expect. She giggled a lot and didn't seem interested in my issues. She barely looked over the test results I brought with me and didn't show empathy for my situation. Also, be aware she only "dabbles in endocrinology". I would never go back.
