She also completed her residency in pediatrics at Advocate Children's Hospital, Oak Lawn, and her bachelor's from Southern University and A&M College.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys dancing, singing, traveling, spending time and listening to her husband, Nathan's music.

We have been with Dr. McMains for 14 years. Dr. Osborn was very nice, but it would've been nice if she had introduced herself. I stepped out of the actual exam (shy teenager) & when we got to the car, the receptionist asked us to come back in for some paperwork. When Kea brought it out, I realized it was to take her somewhere else for bloodwork/labs. I feel like that should've been thoroughly explained to me prior to our leaving.
