With more than 20 year of in-depth experience and prestigious credentials from many of the top institutions in the country, Dr. Goyal is one of New York's most skilled, finely trained plastic surgeons. Artistry and an attentive, personalized approach to patient care complement Dr. Goyal's expertise. It's these qualities that patients say they appreciate most about him. Dr. Goyal takes time with you... time to get to know you, to understand your needs and motivations and to make sure you're completely informed about all your options, surgical and non surgical alike. This kind of attention can help make the whole process positive for you. It's also essential for giving you the most precise care - and the finest results - possible. There's another important benefit you'll find with Dr. Goyal - one you should demand when considering a procedure to enhance your eye area: Dr. Goyal is an ophthalmic plastic surgeon. That means he is focused only on caring for the eyes and delicate surrounding facial skin. It's this specialized expertise that's made him the first choice of thousands, including the many area physicians who trust Dr. Goyal with their patients and their own family members. It's expertise that can inspire your conficence, too. Dr. Ameet Goyal is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon practicing in Rye and Wappingers Falls, NY. He went to Culver Military Academy and then proceeded to Vanderbilt University where he graduated summa cum laude with high honors in psychology. Dr. Goyal remained in the Midwest for medical school at the University of Cincinnati's School of Medicine and was an AIMS representative. It was during his clinical rotations in medical school, that Dr. Goyal discovered much to his surprise, that he really enjoyed ophthalmology. His father was a general practitioner and he had thought that he would continue in the family tradition. This background led Dr. Goyal to do a rotating internship in medicine at West Virginia University because he believed that as an ophthalmologist, it was important to be able to recognize and take care of systemic diseases and disorders - particularly since many of these manifest themselves in the eye. Dr. Goyal completed his ophthalmology residency at University of Louisville where he was given a Pride in Caring Award. He continued on to Wills Eye Hospital where he completed an accredited fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Goyal is a member of ASOPRS (American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery), an organization of approximately 500 oculoplastic surgeons with stringent credentialing requirements. He is currently in private practice and is involved in teaching at Westchester Medical Center where he is an Assistant Attending Physician at NY Medical College. Dr. Goyal is also a former board member of the NYS Ophthalmology Society.

Friendly and efficient staff. While visiting the doctor for any reason tends not to be fun, Dr. Goyal and his staff are fantastic.
Staff was very friendly
Appointment took a while to start but it was mostly my fault regarding me not calling them back regarding my initial paperwork, so I don't hold that against them. Very nice office with incredibly friendly staff.
Very informative and professional.
Staff was very friendly staff. Had been to the office 3 years ago for eye surgery. Booked my last appt on line was able to get in same day and right on schedule. I will be using Dr. Goyal for all my eye care needs.
The staff was professional yet friendly and approachable, a great representation of Dr. Goyal himself. I felt very comfortable and confident with his diagnosis and recommended treatment
The office visit was great.
He was very caring and very attentive. I really enjoyed meeting him and have him as my eye care doctor.
Even though the doctor who took care of us, wasn't Dr Ameet Goyal, the attention was superb.
The wait time was very long. I thought I would have an appointment with Dr. Goyal, instead I spent most of the time with a junior doctor who didn't have near the experience or credentials as Dr. Goyal. Dr. Goyal was great, but overall the experience with this practice was not that great.
I couldn't be happier with my visit. Short wait time, attentive staff, and quick procedure.
Seemed intelligent, well spoken, and friendly. Also seemed a bit rushed.
Dr. Goyal came highly recommended and I can see why.... he was professional, yet had a sweet Hunan side, super knowledgeable ,yet spoke in a way I could understand, the best part is that he addressed all of my needs, and there were several in a single visit! I highly recommend him!
It was great. He was kind and efficient.
Really nice and professional
It was nice, he was attentive, took a while to get the paperwork together since I'm a new patient but otherwise I was pleased
