Professional team, very friendly and efficient!! Found a great frame I plan on returning to purchase for sure. I did ask for my prescription and the magnification but was not given it, as I have many glasses around the house I use daily that I wanted check if I should not be using anymore based on my eye exam prescription. I have no idea if I should throw glasses out I am using or not?

The only thing I didn't like is I didn't know it was going to be in an outside mall or in a store called Vision. It was hard to find parking, then I was a few minutes late and nervous due to the parking. Also, they didn't have my appointment, I had to show them on my phone. Once all that was settled, it was a great experience.

Dr. Youssef is very knowledgeable, extremely professional and a very caring doctor. She diagnosed my issue and explained my treatment plan. She gave me samples instead writing a prescription. She does not think of her patient as a $ sign. I left knowing that I was in good hands.

I walked in and felt a little uncomfortable because I have not been to the eye doctor in 15 years. Then a lady sitting staring at a screen asked if she could help me without even looking at me. That was also uncomfortable. Thankfully a nice girl walked in and took over helping me. She was very nice and the doctor was very nice. I feel like they should inform you that they're going to do services that are not covered by your insurance before doing them and charging you after; but it is also my fault for not asking questions or researching what an eye exam and consultation entails. Overall a good experience though.

Dr. Youssef is extremely personable and great to work with. To say her office is stunning and beautiful would be a huge understatement! She is ahead of the game when it comes to technology and state of the art equipment. There are ipads all throughout the office and on the walls with different programs to assist in the experience of your exam and getting fit with the perfect frames or lenses. Awesome location right in Downtown Summerlin and I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Youssef ASAP!

The doctor was down to earth while still professional. The office looked more like a boutique than a medical office. The staff was all helpful and they had iPads to keep the kids occupied during the wait. We only had to wait 20 minutes for my son to get his glasses. Overall, it was a great experience!

The entire experience was first rate. I don't think you can do any better than Dr. Youssef and her staff. Everyone was very professional. Also, the office is on the main drag of Downtown Summerlin so there's plenty to do after your appointment.

The office is very nice in and of itself. The wait wasn't too long that I can recall being as though it's been a couple of weeks. I've been waiting this entire time to receive my contacts that were supposedly to be in 2-3 days including the weekend. I had to call to find out if they were in or not and when I finally followed up myself, again, I was told they were in. Great. I go pick them up and they are wrong. So it's been almost another week and still no contacts.

Exam was great but they don't offer affordable frames and didn't carry the any contacts they could use for me. I ended up taking the prescription to Wal-Mart and getting glasses and contacts there.
