She was very professional and polite. She was thorough in making sure all issues were addressed and she talked me through all the options and allowed me to choose what I wanted based on my needs and the pros and cons. Amazing doctor!

Dr. Elhassan was very polite and made me feel as if we have been working with each other for years. I really think that is something that many today dont get from there doctors. I look for to her managing my healthcare moving forward and would recommend her practice to anyone. Her staff was also just as polie and professional as she is.

Being a new patient, my wait was a little more lengthy - but the service received was fantastic. The doctor, nurse, and front desk staff were friendly. Dr. Elhassan really listened to my concerns and ordered appropriate tests. My experience here was much better than with doctors at other Bon Secours locations. I will be returning and will recommend!

I was actually 10-15 mins late, and I was still seen right away. Dr. Elhassan was very kind, and answered all my questions. I've been coming here for about two years and haven't had any issues.
