Dr. Goswami has extensive experience in treating patients with complex chronic pain disorders. He was the founding director of the Multidisciplinary Interventional Pain Clinic at New Mexico Veteran Hospital in Albuquerque. At Albuquerque, Dr. Goswami acquired extensive experience in treating Veterans with complicated pain disorders. He founded Epic Pain Management in 2010. His first office was in Wayne, New Jersey. Due to tremendous demand for his services, he has opened offices at two more locations at Paramus, New Jersey and New York City.

Didn't really do much for me but charge a lot of money. Kept pushing pain killers on me, not exactly sure why. Only guess is to get me to keep coming back. Performed numerous procedures and I feel worse than I did before.

Dr. Goswami seeme like a real nice guy. The only thing was no one knew I was going for the appointment there, it is a hospital, the women at the desk were both looking at each other, a crazy waste of my Saturday.

Dr. Goswami is a wonderful & caring doctor. If it were not for him, I'd most likely be in a wheelchair by now. During the procedures I get, he makes sure I'm as comfortable as possible. Out of all the pain management doctors I have been to, Dr. Goswami is the only one that knows what he is doing & doesn't insist for me to be doped up to mask the pain. His office visits are a little busy, but that is to be expected because he doesn't rush his patients, which is refreshing.

He is a very nice guy. Compassionate, but still someone of a sales guy. Very pushy on procedures, and trying to get you to say something else hurts, even if it doesn't. Very tight with meds, but he gives them.
