I have learned a lot from Amy about how to structure my diet in an effort to normalize my blood pressure and ultimately lose weight. She is very professional, well-educated and enthusiastic about helping. Most importantly, I found Amy to be non-judgemental and patient. I would highly recommend that you pay Amy a visit!

I love having more time to sit and get to know my clients, which has made all the difference in their outcomes.
