I have learned a lot from Amy about how to structure my diet in an effort to normalize my blood pressure and ultimately lose weight. She is very professional, well-educated and enthusiastic about helping. Most importantly, I found Amy to be non-judgemental and patient. I would highly recommend that you pay Amy a visit!

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with over ten years of experience in medical nutrition therapy. I provide education, motivation and personalized meal planning to help my clients achieve their goals.
I work with clients with a wide variety of health issues, including weight loss, diabetes and gastrointestinal issues. I love having more time to sit and get to know my clients, which has made all the difference in their outcomes. I use a variety of teaching methods with my clients to help reinforce the information they receive and ultimately put into practice.
