Waited for few months results of X-ray calling to office and talking to nurse didn’t do any results, eventually doctor called told that she will call back with the date of surgery and so on but never actually did. Awful doctor. Horrible place.

I went through various forms of therapy for my sprained ankles and they did not have the effect promised by the doctor. I also got an MRI per her instructions to find out why there was no improvement, and after review, she mentioned that a specific type of injection would heal it right away, to which I accepted, and there was absolutely no difference after the injection.

Dr. Haase and the staff at Diagnostic Foot Specialists are an extremely effective organization. From diagnosis, treatment, to scheduling, and decrypting insurance guidelines they have processes down that prevent delays and surprises. Beyond the office management, Dr. Haase is very personable yet efficient and when I leave the office, I am always in less (or no) pain. I know this is true of most podiatrists but this one is consistent. One of my pet peeves with physicians is punctuality and communication, I find the wait time is here is shorter than most and that the office staff informs me if the schedule has been derailed so I have an option to reschedule. I understand that this can happen but the effective communication with me reduces the impact on my day. If I could give this practice six stars, I would.

Excellent doc, answered my questions, made recommendation and we will move forward with treatment as needed. Wait time was about what I had expected for a first visit, the staff called and asked to push my time back 90 minutes so I anticipated a delay and was not surprised. The staff members who provided testing, x-rays, and other treatment were bright, sharp, knowledgable, young people. Overall excellent service and value.(Sorry I'm really terrible remembering names when first introduced.)

I would refer her to anyone

Nice first floor office location inside the Medical Plaza building. Staff was cheery and attentive, wait reasonable for what is a busy time of the year for most doctors. Dr. Haase has a good personality and patiently answered my questions. All in all a good experience.

She knew how to fix my foot promblem and has a soluation on how to fix it. She was pleasent to chat with and listen to what i had to say and i like that about amy, And amy understood how to take care of it. I'm glad that she is close to me and i like that she used Memorial North West. Hospital. to do the surgery,
Appearances can be deceiving. The waiting room was kind of drab, dingy and depressing. I also had to refill out all my paperwork and then waited about 50 minutes for my appt. However, Dr. Haase and the staff were wonderful and very professional once I got in. Dr. Haase has a wonderful personality and did not medical term me on the problems. The med assistant was also knowledgeable and had a great professional personality. All in all I would recommend their services to people I know.
The office was simple to find and easy to access (first floor), the staff was professional and attentive. Nice, clean patient rooms with mounted televisions and soft music playing over the PA system. The doctor herself was very cordial, a nice young (early 30s, perhaps-?) woman who explained what she was about to do and why. All in all, a nice enough experience, given that it was a trip to the doctor's after all. Highly recommend.
