Never got to see the doctor due to the service that I was expecting. I had to leave before any testing because the one I needed was not available or provided at all in this clinic. Hopefully my insurance was not charged. I will be following up with this clinic this upcoming week. If

Originally had an appt for Monday @10am, they called me at 9am to tell me the doctor called out, then rescheduled me for next day same time. Upon my arrival I waited over an hour before my vitals were taken. Shortly after that someone came to the waiting room to inform guest that the doctor would be an hour late. The front desk and nurses were very kind but the unprofessionalism of the doctor was very disappointing.

I like that it was not crowded when I arrived at 2pm. The wait time was rather long. I was in there for about 2 hrs. Overall, everyone was professional and helpful to my needs.

I was seen over 90 minutes after I arrived and many patients were still waiting in the same waiting room which wasn’t even crowded. The interaction felt rushed as well.

I would use them again perhaps for referrals or services that they provided that were close to my home, but wouldn’t seek outside referrals for more serious health concerns……..
