I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor’s office. I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind the office staff was, and how fast they were at getting back to me!
My appointment ran on time, and Dr. Marzal was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend Crasmere Psychiatric Services.

Dr. Ana Luz Marzal graduated with honors from the University of Santo Thomas with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She obtained her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines.
In 1991, the cataclysmic eruption of Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines affected the physical and mental healths of many people. Unfortunately, mental health services were not readily available at the time. Thus, people endured both physical and emotional pain for a prolonged period of time. In this environment, Dr. Marzal became interested in pursuing a career in psychiatry in order to help people recover from various mental and emotional trauma. She completed her postgraduate residency training in psychiatry at St. Vincent Medical Center in Staten Island, New York. Dr. Marzal has been practicing psychiatry with the New York State Office of Mental Health since 2005. She has extensive experience with forensic and dual diagnoses patients. Dr. Marzal is also fluent in both Filipino (Tagalog) and English.

Dr. Marzal stays on time which I love about a doctor and she is very sweet!

This practice is terrible! You’re required to go through an over the phone intake interview before you talk to a scheduling team. Then, you have to speak to a social worker. Finally, they say they will schedule an appointment, but the process is entirely too long. They basically have a three team screening process before they will see you. The staff is also very rude and unprofessional ( I heard people screaming in the background during one phone call). I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.
