Entire staff is incompetent and cold, nobody cares about the patients. They only pretend to in the first meet. They only return a phone call if you're a new patient. If you've already been seen once and paid, they don't call you back like they promise and they don't return voicemails and if you are lucky to reach them, they don't even apologize. Never been treated so poorly by such cold humans in the mental health profession.
