Ana Danielyan, MD,received her medical degree at Yerevan State Medical University. She completed her medical training at St. Luke’s Hospital and spent several years working as a hospitalist before going into private practice. She is board certified in Internal Medicine.
In her practice, she offers physicals, general wellness services, pre-operative screenings, EKGs, and disease management for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and weight. She does not treat patients for chronic pain.
She speaks fluent Russian and Armenian for those patients who do not speak English. She has a passion for working with patients of all ages but focuses on adults over the age of seventeen.
She lives here in St. Louis with her husband and daughter. She loves being a mother and in her free time she enjoy traveling and hiking with her family.
Dr. Danielyan is on the medical staff at Des Peres Hospital and St. Luke’s Hospital. New patients are welcome. The office accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare. In my opinion Dr. Danielyan did not listen to me. She was constantly interrupting and changed the subject when she did not know the answer. I did not feel taken seriously as a patient.

Dr. Danielyan is always obviously concerned for me and my health. She takes all of the time necessary to fully understand the health issues that brought me to the office, and she thoroughly explains her diagnosis and the course of treatment she is recommending. Since she is the primary physician for our whole family, she always asks about them whenever I am at the office. I wholeheartedly recommend her for her empathetic approach to family medicine.

First of all, there was a very thorough packet of questions to answer about my medical history. That was impressive and a challenge to recall things. Then the doctor's nurse came in and did another thorough job with questions about medicines. Before I ever saw the doctor, I felt she was gathering facts to properly take care of me.
Then she came into the exam room! Goodness. She's a lovely woman who is intelligent and ready to get down to business. She asked and I answered questions for quite awhile. When the interview was over, she took me on as a patient. I left finally feeling confident someone was going to take care of me. I believe in her.
