I made a last minute appointment, atleast an hour prior to the actual appointment time due to the severity of what I need speaking to the doctor. I received a message through zocdoc stating that I would receive directions on what to do to navigate to the video portion of speaking with the physician. That never came. It is now an hour after my appointment time I was never contacted. I also called the number provided for the office and it stated it is after office hours and zocdoc was closed as well. This is my first time making an appointment in zocdoc and this isn’t a good first impression.
