Everything about my visit was stellar! From the easy-as-pie online appointment registration, to the text reminders, to the person at the front desk, the PA who did my intake info, to the time with the doctor. They took their time with me and answered all my questions, and quickly put together a plan of action for next steps. All the paperwork I needed for lab work etc. was ready and waiting for me at checkout. Other practices, take notice - this is how it ought to be done. I couldn't be happier! PS, I was able to get an appointment within 7 business days of requesting one, unlike another practice who told me I had to wait over 2 months!

They don't take Medicare or Medicaid so you have to pay out of pocket. The woman that was in charge of patient billing worked with me to create a deferred payment plan so that's something.

The wait time was ridiculous. Approaching 1 hour after my appointment time before I was taken back to the office. I saw a neurologist for numbness and tingling and got a brain MRI done. The brain MRI showed pituitary findings and I was told to see an endocrinologist. I chose this doctor because there was an appointment the next day. She barely looked at the test results I brought and said that I may need to get "the same MRI done" in her words. Going to see an endocrinologist that my neurologist referred me to in December.

Absolutely amazing doctor and highly professional place. Everyone was extremely courteous and I highly recommend this practice for anyone that needs to see an endocrinologist. They also booked me with a dietician. Even explained what each medication does and how it works.

I loved Dr, Gonciulea.! She took her time to listen to all my concerns. She is very knowledgeable. She was very sweet and understanding. I love the fact that she takes her time with her patients. I have been to doctors that basically rush you out of the consult and make you feel like you are in a factory, this is why I appreciate a good doctor that genuinely cares. I would recommend her to anyone I know. HAPPY PATIENT!!
