Dr. Ruiz is wonderful, as is the rest of his office. The ladies at the front desk, particularly Lysette, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I waited about 25 minutes in the exam room, but other than that I have no complaints. Dr. Ruiz thoroughly examined my medical records and took the time to carefully explain the next steps for my care and made me feel extremely well looked after and comfortable.
