I really love Dr. Splenser he 100% knows what he is talking about and seems to genuinely care. Also the wait time is never an issue I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to go in a room and to be seen which is honestly amazing and such a huge plus. The staff is super friendly and I will definitely be a patient for as long as Dr. Splenser will have me!

He was super nice! And very professional
Verified patient
Dr Splenser took the time to ask about all my health issues, not just endocrine related issues. He emphasized taking care of all of me...not just thyroid problems.
Verified patient
Impressive first visit. My family member is sometimes long-winded so Dr. S was very good at listening and cutting the conversations short.
Verified patient
Really took time to get to know me as a patient. He was very interested in my case. I would recommend to others looking for a caring physician.
Verified patient
They moved to a new location and it is very nice. Dr. Splenser is always very nice and reassuring. I've always had a good experience with him.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Splenser! He truly doctors by looking at the whole picture not just numbers on a lab result. He has a great disposition and treats his patients with respect. We look forward to working with Dr. Splenser in the future.
Verified patient
I was a new patient and am SO glad I found Dr Splenser. I don't think I've ever had a doctor listen so well, or felt like they took me and my issues more seriously than Dr Splenser did. He was kind, attentive and I really felt like I was getting fantastic care and on a path toward feeling much better. Office staff as well as the phlebotomist were friendly and prompt. Again, I'm just so pleased I found this office.
Verified patient
Dr Splenser genuinely cared to help me find the root of my problems even when we ruled out every cause within his scope of care. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain in detail the details of what can cause symptoms I had, and recommended several next steps as options to pursue to resolve my issues.
Verified patient
I thought he was fantastic. I didn't have much luck with other Endocrinologists listening to me about my symptoms. He took time with me and listened. I finally have a good game plan and am feeling better.
Verified patient
Dr Splencer has a wonderful energy about him and is very personable. He asked lots of questions but never jumped to conclusion and was very thorough in is examination. I also liked that he is budget conscious with his recommendations in medication and listened to my observations and provided his own feedback in response with clear explanations for everything. His staff was pleasant and courteous. Although I did have a minor hiccup with my lab form missing some coding and because of it had to reschedule to do it another day.

Awesome!
Verified patient
Dr. Splenser is very thorough. He listens and provides options for course of treatment. He is very understanding and focuses on all symptoms presented instead of just one or two. Highly recommended!!

He is extremely friendly, easy to talk with, very understanding, very patient, shows lots of care and concern for me and family. He is handsome, jovial and spends quality time with his patients. He is concerned about patients rights and privacy. He makes accurate diagnosis and examined me fully.
Verified patient
My first visit was amazing. He welcomed me with open arms and a very kind manner. Very caring and understanding. Listened to everything I had to say. Helped in every aspect during my visit. He went out of his way to make sure my prescriptions were sent and that I had a copy of each to take with me, just in case. So glad I found Dr. Splenser.
Verified patient
Dr Splenser answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I was seen very promptly and the doctor spent enough time with me so that I didn't feel rushed or that I was taking up too much time with my concerns. I've already recommended that my husband see Dr Splenser. And would recommend him to my friends as well.

i really enjoy my visit with the doctor today. A few things, they want new pts in their office 45 mins before the appointment or 30 mins if you have your paperwork filed out early. You can find the form on their website. When finding the place, you would think that memorial office building 3 would be in the same area as all the office, but no, it actually on beechnut, so no need to get into the southwest memorial haze. i waited about 15mins to see the doc. Dr. Splenser is really personable. While i was waiting i can hear him talking in spanish to someone outside, and he sounded very friendly. And when i met him he was.. He likes a through background on your health, as all specialist should do. After doing what he needs to do, he comes with him a plan. We will see what happens as time goes. Overall, i enjoyed my visit.

This was my first visit with Dr. Splenser and it will not be my last. My favorite part of my appointment was when he said he like to get to know his patience before he started my evaluation. But the best part was the bedside mannor and the overall service.
Dr. Andres Splenser has a great bedside manner & easy to talk to. He decreased my diabetes medications from 5 to 3. Hoping to get it down to 2. He is kind and seems to read people well. I hope to get motivated to keep my diabetes in control. The staff are professional, competent & efficient. A++++
Verified patient
Dr. Splenser himself is a very cheerful doctor with good "bedside manners". I felt very comfortable with him and our dialogue. Unfortunately, we got started one hour after our scheduled appointment (to be fair, I did arrive 12 minutes late mostly due to difficulty in finding parking and the building). So overall I did not enjoy the experience. What would take this up a few stars is two things: - NO paperwork, and I mean zero (electronic is okay if it can be done in advance) - Provide specific directions on how to find the building. It is close to a HUGE medical complex and it is very difficult to locate exactly how to get to the building and associated parking just by punching in the address.
Verified patient
Dr Splenser is very knowledgable with an awesome manner. He listened to what it was I had to say and seemingly understood every symptom and put me at ease, which was so refreshing after a year of being undiagnosed, misunderstood and on the defense- just fighting to be heard, let alone treated. Dr Splenser is heaven sent right along with my neurologist Dr. Evans, who's also heaven sent. The nurse assistant here was very helpful and nice as well, she has a very calm manner. Highly recommended.
