It was my first visit. The office staff, nurse, and Dr Carter were great! I was seen quickly and everyone was extremely friendly. Dr Carter really took time to ask questions to understand my current state of life so that he could give appropriate suggestions on things such as contraception, pre-pregnancy screening, etc. I really felt comfortable & plan to continue going here. I will be trying to have children in the near future and would feel very comfortable having Dr Carter as my obstetrician.

Dr. Carter is the true definition of a professional. Dr. Carter communicated with me in a way I could understand. He never used terms I was not familiar with and always made sure that understood the information he was explaining to me. Dr. Carter connected to me, despite my age. He was very upfront and honest with information, which I respect greatly. What is more, Dr. Carter spent time listening and understanding my concerns. I never felt rushed or unimportant. From the moment I walked into his office to the time I left I felt respected and welcomed. Dr. Carter has an amazing team. His team is extremely friendly and quick to return phone calls. I would recommend Dr. Carter to anyone looking for a positive healthcare experience. Dr. Carter is hands down the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

This was the 2nd time I saw Dr. Carter, and it was a great appointment!
He is always very personable and easy to talk too. He also has a great sense of humor and goes into great detail when discussing whatever medical issue you are experiencing. Dr. Carter also doesn't make you feel rushed. In some appointments with other doctors, I have felt rushed and not able to get all my questions out. Dr. Carter makes an effort to ensure all your questions are answered and gives very detailed and understandable responses.

I wish they used a patient portal. I don't wanna keep waiting to get test results by phone. Dr. Carter is nice. I went to him because we went to the same college. Had a good conversation with him and if I stay in Scottsdale I will go to him for my annual exam next year too.

I was tardy. So I felt terrible , but still they had me back in an office with Dr. Martin within 10 minutes. I filled my paperwork out through doczoc and had to sign 2 forms when I got there. I finally found a Dr!! Im so excited. He was great. Really great. Best experience in 4 years & I've tried multiple Dr.s over that time frame & no one even came close to the level of service Dr Martin gave me. Thank you Dr. Martin expect my friends.
