For a doctor with 18 years experience, I was shockingly disappointed when he said, "I don't know, I've never seen this before". I was extremely unsatisfied with his consultation, and, knowing I would soon visit a specialist, he said, "let's see what he says". What a waste of time. Also, one of the prescriptions given needed special authorization, so cvs sent a request, then I followed up the next day. The secretary said she wasn't in that office at the time, I asked, couldn't she still help me? I never heard back nor did I receive those meds. Horrible service!
