Great doctor, empathetic and sincere. His PA however is impersonal and condescending. Until I met Dr. Goldstein I had decided I would never return to the office. She is brusque and belittling.

I have finally found after 23 years a Doctor who gives his time to his patient and listen carefully.

The Waite was pretty long - was recommended as they treat ear drainage but was given Referal to see ENT . Waste of time as my issue was referred to see ENT .
